Contract Catering is a specialty at Mint. We work closely with a number of long term clients in the Midwest area, providing a consistent and reliable service for over a decade in some instances. Employing local labour and ensuring that agreements and plans are in place at the start of each year allows us to keep cost to a minimum. This is vital to guarantee customer retention.
Menus will vary from in-expensive breakfast, lunch and snack food to much more specialised offerings for themed and special events in the company or facility calendar. Typical clients in this arena are group homes, canteens and charity facilities.
We also look for regular feedback from our contract customers so that we can keep the offering and the theme fresh. Contract groups range in size from 10 to 50 so we gain an intimate knowledge of all of our customers teams! Our capacity allows us to deal with teams much bigger than this and our model is easily replicated.
