It’s hard to believe that I’m working in this business 30 years and I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the best chef’s in Ireland.

I feel privileged every day to be still in this industry and I’ve surrounded myself with people who are as equally passionate about catering as I am. People that I’m proud to work with.

We hope our love of the job will be reflected in the food that we serve.

Ethically Sourced Ingredients

At mint we believe that all our commodities should be ethically sourced.

So where possible our ingredients are organic and produced by local suppliers and where possible we use products that are in season.

Our meat suppliers have been contacted to insure that the animal has received the best life possible that’s important to us at mint.

Vegan

More and more of us are going vegan. The environmental and ethical case for a diet free of all animal products, including meat, fish, dairy and eggs is valid.
Going vegan is the “single biggest way” to reduce your impact on the planet.
At mint we consider the ethical arguments against eating industrially farmed animals, which have an appalling quality of life. So all is, where possible, locally sourced in an ethical way.
I myself am a meat eater, but at mint we have huge respect for anyone who decides to solely eat a plant based diet. Good for you guys I wish I’d more discipline!!

We have an extensive vegan menu available however if there’s another vegan dish that you’d like us to add for you please let us know and we will make it available for your function.
